AIP possibe for the very few emplyes, who will be left end of Jan. after the current outsourcing excercise. Maybe a few hundred ppl. Hurray!
There are other ways to get your AIP.. Talk to your manager, unofficially I agreed with her to take 5 weeks extra holidays this year, at least its something and some recognition.. Be smart my people and understand the game to be in it and win..
AIP…lmao!! When was the last time we saw one!?!? The mo--ns running this company sank it! Take your talents & learn a different system & don’t look back. Avaya is so far behind on the technology curve & we all stood loyal & look what happened. Whoever is left needs to get away as soon as possible before you get the wonderful email to join the meeting they fire you on. Lots of amazing talent let go. Avaya will be sorry when we go to other companies & help replace their outdated equipment! Thanks for nothing Avaya!
I don't think it would have been announced unless there is a level of confidence that this will be paid.
sounds like we may have been wrong...but the $$ isn't in our bank accounts yet
I’ll bet a hundred dollars Alan goes back to the t-t one more time before he leaves.
This company will be completely broken up by summer 2025. Don’t bet on the Board approving any bonuses. If I was a betting man, I’d say there are more layoffs coming before pieces (SMB/Midmarket) are sold off. They need to put as much lipstick on this pig as possible so they can su---r someone into buying it. Today’s layoffs might have just been a warm up.
Unlikely. Bad Source.
Doesn’t surprise me. Never expected it regardless of performance.
Between no COLA or merit increases, mass layoffs, no offers of packages to “control your story”, doing annual reviews have just been a joke the past 3-4 years.
Even if they do give an AIP I’m sure they’d make it based on some calculation that it’ll only be a few hundred dollars after taxes.
How reliable is your source? Decision to fund/not fund is by mid-month.
And you're surprised?
