Numerous remote people have quit.
They then post separate listings in LinkedIn for the same position, for each hub.
Example, a position that was Remote, I've seen postings for Hopkins, Charlotte and Wisconsin for the same role.
Looks line 3 listings and THEY ARE, but it's on role!
They want us in HUBs.
I’ve seen several new hires that are remote but they still reside in states with main hubs like OH and AZ.
It's surprisingly not about getting people back in the office so much as it is just getting people to quit.
If they amp up the pressure to get long time employees to quit they can then outsource to India.
In many cases they won't even rehire at a lower wage. They will just pass off any additional work to existing employees.
