Does it matter who the leader of this company is, neither are capable of growing the company. They have proven that, over 30 quarter's of decline.
All they do is load the top full of useless overpaid Execs and middle layers of Managers, falling over themselves.
The plan is the shut the company down over a period whilst promising growth in the meantime as a diversion.
Looks like the predecessor Salvino will be returning.
Well it seems enough major clients think outsourcing does work....
The trick is to hammer the outsourcer with penalties.
Do that and you get your IT for virtually free.
Dxc has quite a few of these clients and they love dxc.
Like most past it's sell by date stuff. It would have been worth more if sold off already. Pre 2020 perhaps! Why are they delaying. Give us all back to the clients. Outsourcing doesn't work. It doesn't save money - it just creates a double layer of management and bureaucracy. The only thing is does achieve is shifting the blame for error outside the company itself. If we worked directly for the client, and get rewards when the company does well, you could be sure we'd do everything with our one and only employers best interests at heart.
