I left Viasat prior to Guru’s hiring and went to lunch with a bunch of former colleagues that stayed behind. I was astonished that all of there motivation and drive has deteriorated much more. The vitriol they spewed on how Guru and MD have deceived and lead the company into this abyss was in full display. They said teams are not working, there is no innovation and they are all just waiting for the next show to drop. They said they expect another reduction in 2025. How does MD stop this employee death spiral?? Could this company really fail soon? Thoughts?

Yea no new ideas, no updates, no future plans. Just sit and lose market share seems to be the top priority... idk who is in charge of product development but he should be let go first.
After all this time we gotta assume MD have no ideas how to change course or stop the death spiral........
if earnings is bad and the stock continues to drop , there will be a risk of delisting
