Just heard from someone in the know...No rifs will take place in November. Has anyone else heard anything regarding this? If so, please share. Thank you

This is what upsets people. Stop asking just to ask.
Yes. There will be rifs. There are always rifs. Always, always, always. Will it effect you or your team is the only question. And no one who knows that that would he commenting on here before a rif day.
Stop treating it like it's a surprise or that it hasn't been planned for months. They already know who they will potentially rif months in advance. Names were given for q1 last month.
It makes no one feel better, dangling a carrot that there won't be rifs when you don't actually know. Prepare like you already know there will be because that's the company we work for.
Of course there will be rifs in November. Have you forgotten what company you work for? :) As long as paychecks are generated, there will be rifs. Seen it for the entire nine years I have worked here.
false. there are rifs every month. they dont impact every area each time but i know for certain there will be nov rifs.
