Should be done through the register or a company iPad. Wait until customer complains about employees typing customers personal into an employees personal phone even if it is on an app. Plus who has enough help in store so we can learn and utilize this????
I’m holding out not downloading it as long as possible. I don’t want this company’s cr-p on my personal phone… It also feels like a huge breach of customer privacy the way it automatically pulls customer info from the POS system, rather than having it be given to be used for this purpose!
