I wouldn’t be surprised if US customer facing role employees get laid off in Q4 2025 and those roles pushed to Mexico.

Layoffs of managers and directors in design org would be great. Most of them are a waste of space. We can dream

Was told in Sept there wouldn’t be any layoffs in my division in 2024. But 2025 is a whole new year!

Are PIP’s that common, never been on one or known anyone who has (been at TR a long time). Of course they might not advertise that they are one. Always been my assumption that if you are on one you’d just leave.

Whos on PIPs—Canada or the USA? I agree the environment is rough right now, but I’m not sure if it’s the whole departments / company or just a few. Care to share?

Will the cuts impact the design team too? I heard there might be layoffs at the manager and director levels within the design group.

I've heard there are large budget challenges for 2025. So expect big layoffs in the near future.
