Company on autopilot

Isn’t it astonishing that this excuse for an executive leadership is so absent that the company feels like it is on autopilot? The last company All-Hands conveniently ran out of time for an employee Q&A due to a tedious diatribe on capacity optimisation. There has been no Central Engineering All-Hands for ages after CM promised there would be more, not fewer. The head of P&C only puts messages out as pre-recorded videos. L1’s are only seen at US offices. Is Dankberg and the leadership that frightened of facing the employees?

Clearly for the next round of RIFs next year, they will be canning everyone who doesn't meet their performance goals.

So true! My boss was L4 and rated “outstanding” in last years performance reviews. He got Layed off last week for “cost reasons”. G_d help us !

The biggest issue out of corporate of late is enforcing mid year performance reviews. Whilst important, clearly not going to change the stock price or improve morale.

Yeah and at the last all-hands where they ran out of time, they said they would create a wiki page with all the questions they couldn't answer. They lied. They never posted a wiki page. LIARS.

The scary thing is our company has no Pilot no Crew.
Exec L1, L2s are terrified to make decisions for fear of MD and are only concerned with having as many more pay checks as they can stomach.
So the circus continues with no direction, no strategy and no answers to the changing business environment.
Meanwhile LEO is here, winning, with more coming. Very sad to see.
