Is this some kind of a stupid joke? They realized nobody’s picking up the boatload of work we were doing and there are new positions open in the same org, we were released from.

It’s legal because when you are signing off on your SUB benefits after termination you sign away your rights. Now if you feel you have a very strong case ie, retaliation, discrimination get a good lawyer and sue the F out of this horrid place .
