You don’t know me, but please know that the majority of us are grateful for those of you that know things about RIFs and share it here. 2023 I was part of a Teams massive RIF and 100% had no idea. It was so unreal.

Yes thank you to people who gave us warnings besides being useful it also has been a sanity check as there have so many moments where things didn't make sense. Seeing some of the posts has helped me make sense in an upsidedown environment.
