Already gone. I think. Many of us at our yard haven’t chalked, zip tied, or filled out a 401 in weeks. And nothing has been said.
Everyone i know is turning over on this place only worried about the pay. The railroad has created an atmosphere where a disaster is looming. Only a matter of time until these guys have the big 1 again and it will all their fault.
Don't forget filling out that new form time is not included in your 1 min a car.

- Lacing hoses
- Chalking with the cancer chalk
- Doing the air test
- Releasing handbrakes
- Doing roll by inspection
- Inputting car inspections and billing
- Are they going to follow us with a stop watch?

It takes longer to ziptie and chalk than to inspect let that fat fu-k come out and walk a track . Give them what they want shut the place down who cares anymore .shop till you drop welcome peak season
