Those we need always get to go first. I get why it’s been happening. The best and most experienced are the most expensive. They will be replaced by the cheapest possible workers offshore. But having each round of layoffs conducted in such a manner will deplete us of talent to the point when it will be impossible to function. I think we are very close to the ratio that will lead to failure.
