Insight Dropped further than CDW

It’s really these old VARS. Recall NSIT bought SADA, a premium GCP provider. That deal is putting the hurting on their numbers and is hugely distracting. They can barely function at SADA it’s so bad. NSIT wrecked SADA faster even than CDW wrecked its own acquisitions. VARS are a dying model. AWS, Google and Microsoft are stealing the cheese. And NSIT execs are seasoned in the business. The kind of people that everyone on these forums complains that CDW doesnt have.

This is a bad comparison. Not even remotely the same. This post was probably made from a CDW communications person running their agenda to save the executive's jobs and excuse the bad performance. My sister works at Insight in a high level position and acknowledged poor decisions had been made by their executives but that they like their leaders and their coworkers and other leaders have ethics and teamwork at the core. Insight executives are not promoting people into their top HR job with no experience, like the poster mentioned in a post further down the thread. I confirmed it is true and that is just incompetence. How embarrassing that an outside consulting company was called in to fix the relationships and squabbles, which I also found out was true from one of my security friends here. What does that say to outside lawyers and possible lawsuits about improper terminations or layoffs if they were driven by an HR department that had problems internally and was led by someone with no experience. This opens us up to losing lawsuits and money that could be used to pay us remaining coworkers that are still here. And things like vacations being forced or taken from us? We are losing our beautiful culture and Insight doesn't have these kindergarten problems. I am happy for the poster that mentioned that they had found a great job and all is better but if communications and security and legal coworkers monitor all of these messages, communications may have posted that message about the green grass outside of CDW to stop us from writing on here and try to give us hope to move on or to stay in quietly. But this site has been great in protecting our privacy and giving us a chance to speak and learn from each other. Let's stay strong and keep writing to help those still inside and those great people that were let go but only from our homes and personal computers. CDW is monitoring. And that is ok. But if legal really approved their security coworkers to look into who is reading and who is writing on these, that is unethical to take our voice and try to find out who is doing it. Why? To add us to the next layoffs that I have already heard are coming next year? No, Insight is not like that. If their coworkers feel like we do and ever post our concerns, they work to fix the problems that caused them not find out who is doing it. We have school yard problems here and they stem from decisions made by our legal, CE, and Security leads. You three are suppose to be the 3 groups that protect ethics and dignity. Shame on all of you!
