How do you interpret a new PS SVP coming in who seems to have their act together and then departs in less than 8 weeks? I’m guessing his ability to sniff out mediocrity and bad ELT leadership in CSO and above was exceptional. Not to mention a ranking stock price. OT needs a massive toilet swirl…

Hearing more layoffs today
I was under his business. He came in strong and there was a lot of optimism he could make some positive changes. He did an all hands call and he was gone the next day. It looks really bad. I heard from my leader they told him he could not travel to close q2 pressures. I am sure there is more to the situation but ultimately speaks to someone who is not about it.
Didn't hear about that svp. What's the scoop?
