That 'Cost of Care' work is a lot of smoke and mirrors..... people who are familiar with the work have known for awhile that eventually the game will end Either is is happening now with the bad financial numbers or TC knows it and is getting out before the house of cards comes tumbling down around her.

We can’t put the VP name as it will be removed by the site admins. It was VP- Health Solutions Chief Performance Office

Not sure who is leaving but 35 minutes ago recently on Business Wire website the following statement was made. Anthem has appointed Nathan Rich as Vice President of Investor Relations, effective November 11, 2024.

Add another layer of VP at Elevance? Ridiculous.

Whenever new people join an organization, they usually replace their team with folks they know, so no surprise here.

Those immediate departures usually mean the person is being terminated for cause and they made an agreement with them to have them go quietly OR they are leaving to go to a competitor

Not surprised. IT is a mess in this company. There needs to be a huge purge in that area.

Come on now people, you do know that you cannot retire in one day. These people will say anything.

I was thinking the same thing. People usually plan their retirement way in advance.
