when One can't control the things One should control, one controls the things you can control; when stock prices tank, no winning contracts, so what does GB do? change the company name and update the hybrid policy to be more constrictive. employees saved this organization during covid by putting an office in our living space and this is the thanks. I happened to have saved the old one just in case they tried to get sneaky. The new policy removes the examples for positions that count as field roles (community health workers, nurse CM, practice consultants). The new policy also clarifies the ADA accomodations process
guys go to pulse and search hybrid policy, then sort by new and scroll down, click on "OUR HYBRID APPROACH"
then click hybrid hub, then under resources click hybrid workforce policy, you will see it was updated 3 days ago, the issue is i dont know what changed.
It looks like all managers are now hybrid and managers have much more power now to say if you need to go into the office or not but im not sure
