If you’re on the bench with so much work to be done on other accounts , the manager should be fired ! The company should know how to redistribute its labor force so no one is working tons of overtime (and not getting paid for it) and having delays in projects.
if you are still at DxC and under 50 years old then you are a fool ad you will never ever see a merit pay increase
The practice team under Dan S is hit, should see people go who are on the bench or not getting enough billing.
