Does anyone know the target bonus % at the director level? And annual stock? Thanks in advance!

You get to keep your employment - that may be the best compensation..
It’s 25% for both, but the stock is split between RSUs and options. Stock is also discretionary, meaning not everybody gets in. Totally depends on performance.
Whatever it is… its too much.
