We have some RIFd co workers who’s last
day is 11/15. Are they really planning on RIFing that same day again?

Get the F outta this place. If you have been here a decade and in a higher MRP. There is no logic to what they are doing except short sighted cost cutting measures. STARS rating tanking, global outsourcing, stock dips are all pointing to massive pressure within the org.
The RIF are planned into 2025 as well.
Amazing job letting all this talent leave the company based on what McKenzie is telling them to do.
There are always rifs. Monthly. It's not a stop start.
i think it will be Jan of 2025 and then the Rifs will keep coming throughout 2025
