I work in area where the rubber meets the road so to speak. All that cr-p about health of humanity and those we serve is just that! NEVER is the members health or treatment based on what they need ever mentioned! EVER! It’s get them out of treatment as soon as possible and can get by without law suit

The medical denials are mind boggling and some of them cringe worthy…
People with very serious illnesses being denied inpatient stay. I’m waiting for some brilliant suggestion like ICU stays can be observation rather than inpatient…I mean they are being “observed”..quite closely ….
Lets be honest. This company could careless about members or cleints. They will let people die for a profit. This business model has to end.
I'm sorry it's overwhelming. I'm sure many of our teams are under extreme pressure and having empathy is almost a workplace hazard based on our own policies.
You are fighting the right fight even if it doesn't feel like it. At some point the company will actually put members first. We just have to keep fighting leadership at every turn when they're not living up to their own corporate values.
Dear leaders and trolls, the associates have noticed that you're priorizing your wallets over members regardless of how much we claim to value and empathize with the consumer experience.
Empathize with your associates who are sick of your sh-t.
