From the point of view from average employee our ELT seem out of touch, callous towards the work force, clueless about their actions and how it's hurt the company and down right deceitful with lack of transparency.
For those of you work with them or know them are they really like that behind closed doors? Right now I can safely say they are the most despised ELT team in Chevron History by their workforce and loved by Wall Street for now.
I've worked for three other major oil companies. They are all the same. If you're not a HiPot or a management favorite, you're cannon fodder when the axe man shows up. The executives are concerned about the stock price being steady, ensuring that the major share holders satisfied and the dividend is paid on time. Everything else isn't on their radar screen.
The don’t seem out of touch…they are laughably, desperately, completely out of touch.
