Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

What is going on with all the press stories about Pat

Two stories from Reuters today. Looks like a campaign to get the board to push out the clown. It is crazy that this inept board needs a full court press campaign to wake them up and get them to do their job.

You have one job : Fire the CEO. Hire a new CEO.

A lot of big institutional INTC holders like Vanguard, Blackrock, State Street, Geode Capital, Primecap Management, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Van Eck, etc., would like the company to turn around. They see that Pat and his ELT aren't doing that. If these funds dropped INTC, it would become a penny stock. Nobody wants that but you can only hold a loser for so long. Vanguard holds over 390,000,000 shares. Imagine if they dropped it and used the money to buy NVDA, TSMC, AMD or anything else that isn't circling the drain.

I left October 1. Everyone staying behind is saying that no one is working, productivity is about 20%. They have stopped listening to Pat, do not have confidence in Dave and do not trust Christy the HR leader. I don’t know how they turn this around and get everyone rowing harder together. They will have to do some sort of huge shared incentive for the employees imho.

Yea make no mistake of it - their agenda has switched from doing what’s best for the company to doing what’s best for themselves

@zgj... if the company is sold or split the board won't be with any of the new companies either. Right now they are all planning how to get the best exit packages that they can. The party is over.

He is virtually out already. Is there confidence in his business plan into the future?

There are literally pages and pages being written in reputed media outlets openly showing how Pat sc--wed up. Yet, this useless board refuses to fire him. The entire board is complicit in Intel's demise and should step down immediately.

Company being shopped so the Board is occupied with that. Pat will not be with the two new companies.
