Always love to see the posts harping on "DEI, DEI, DEI". Polly wanna cr--ker. The most useless AVPs I saw in my tenure were white men in their 50s who were more concerned with building their fiefdoms than enabling their teams to get things done.
Ugh, what are the odds the useless and expensive AVPs are on that list? DEI will be the crutch of MetLife. Whoever blessed the 2030 goals should be fired.

I have developed severe anxiety and having sleep issues due to toxic work culture and politics.
WTF is wrong with MetLife? Should have a huge warning label: Frequent involuntary job terminations. May cause heart disease, diabetes, premature aging, financial insecurity, PTSD. Work here at your own risk.
Yeah the ".... has informed me of their decision to retire" emails are coming through. One is a white male in his late 50's, been with the company for decades.
