Is there a reason to worry about more cuts?

Forget actively seeking other employment. If you're not already bringing in additional income while an F5 employee, you're either crazy or part of the ELT and don't have to. Your days are numbered at F5, ELT's aren't. Start investing in yourself, because F5 sure isn't going to. Find a secondary job while hunting for a new primary. Preferably one where humans really are first.

How? Huh? Sweet Je--s, I was one of the 600 laid off in April 2023. F5 just posted a great quarter. What freakin' reason is there for more layoffs? Is this FLD's only lever for juicing the results? You got rid of Kara, that should be more than enough. Even from an ex-employee who is back on their feet, this is just d-mbfounding.
