Sadly If the layoff was below a certain threshold then WARN does not apply. I’m quite certain they made certain to stay below that. Seems to be 500 or more employees, or 33% of the workforce for smaller companies.

I'm on those impacted. The last day is 11/01. Isn't they have to provide 60 notice in Washington according WARN requirement? I would expect the official last day to be at least 12/31 and then the severance kicks in.
Are RSUs vesting nov 1st being included in severance?
