Word on street Gail stepping down and Pete Haitian gona step up. Was hoping that was leadership update that just came through. What teams affected by layoff?
Because the platforms are from 1985 😖 and never developed tech teams true DEF teams so one piece of info you need from one system another is imbedded in a dark abyss whole of another system that was created and became outdated so another system or vendor platform was created to the point it is impossible to be productive and competitive in these lagging systems. Gail has run this business into the ground. Great idea let’s go hybrid that will fix things…at what cost?! How is it even legal to have teams of people together that per numerous regulations with the Commercial growth are never to cross communicate?
