Time to leave

Saw this on LinkedIn that’s worth reposting.

Picture this: You’re staying late again,
pouring your energy into work that barely get notice.

You tell yourself things will get better,
that they’ll finally see what you bring to the table.

But deep down, you know the truth...
It’s not happening.

Here’s a take:
Stop waiting for appreciation that’s never coming.

8 Brutal Signs that It’s Time to Leave Your Job:

  1. You’re Just a Cog. 🔧

↳ If they treat you like a replaceable part,
↳ Stop acting like the machine can’t run without you.

  1. You’re Always Overlooked. 🔍

↳ If opportunities keep passing you by,
↳ They’ve made it clear—you’re not their priority.

  1. You’re Not Worth the Fight (to Them). 🥊

↳ If the company isn’t making an effort to keep you,
↳ Why are you fighting to stay?

  1. You’re Underpaid. 💸

↳ If your paycheck doesn’t reflect your hard work,
↳ They don’t value you—and they’re not planning to.

  1. You’re Mentally Exhausted. 🧠

↳ If the job is draining your energy,
↳ No paycheck is worth sacrificing your health.

  1. You’re Shut Out of Decisions. 🛑

↳ If your voice is never heard or keep in the dark.
↳ You’re not part of their future plan.

  1. You’ve Stopped Growing. 📚

↳ If there’s no room for learning or development,
↳ You’re not just stuck—you’re falling behind.

  1. You’re Only Here for the Paycheck.⏳

↳ If your heart’s not in it anymore,
↳ It’s a sign you’ve outgrown the role.

👉 Walk away, and let them realize the loss—
after you’ve found a place that truly values you.

Their regret? That’s on them.
Your success? It’s just beginning.

“If you’re not being valued,
it’s time to move on.”

Ouch. Hits too close to home. I do t know why I keep giving them so much. I guess it is just how I was raised. OP is right it is past time to find a new place where we are appreciated. Question is does such a place exist?
