Can't wait for the eatings call. I wonder if this time is when her incompetence is finally exposed
If they election is stolen then why don't we try to get our President in as CEO. If he can save the country he can save us. If we can't get him let's get his daughter or one of his sons! Think of the rally's we will have!
She has the potential to be our best CEO in decades and actually transform the company. Can't wait for MW to take his hundreds of millions and go.

EB was feared because of her temper rather than respected in TCO. She was loved by some younger women as they were excited to see her on top but the older local Kazakh women and all men saw how empty she was. When Gary Enk was there she would be sitting at the corner listening to him so she got rid of him to feel more powerful. This is when the downfall of FGP and TCO started to happen. I dealt personally with both her and JG. He is way smarter and worked well with everyone around him. I hope he will be the one.
Worked for her in TCO - multiple calls per day about tactical issues... can't delegate... asks unnecessary questions that have no impact on decisions
EB was a well-respected leader in TCO. People loved her. Doesn’t mean she will be a good CFO or CEO. But people in her organization - being a woman leading operations - it is obvious that the men actually liked working for her.
Slow day on the layoff boards, I thought there was big layoff news. Company water cooler gossip is all we got?

Les already said this is his last job before retirement, so that's not gonna happen....
I think Les from IT will be the new CEO eventually. He is able to read from scripts well and has gotten ghosting his employees down to an article. He just needs to learn to have his subordinates give the bad news and have no accountability and he's golden.
EB will be next CEO, JG CFO. It’s all about what the board and the market wants. MW does not get to choose his successor. BK would never happen, he’s already out of his depth and would be better stepping into an industry he actually understands.

Any decent CEO candidate was either fired, sidelined, or came to their senses and jumped ship. Challenging the status quo may be the mark of a good leader, but it’s definitely not welcome or tolerated at Chevron!
We don’t have any other better leaders to select from?! What happened to Chevron?
Nothing will change until the board wisens up and changes management.. that’s where the true cuts need to happen. Only an external CEO can save this company.
Favoritism is a serious problem in nearly every dept with every golden handcuffed middle manager at Chevron.
Not very smart person in general. Lacks depth of thought. Spineless. Easily swayed. Practices favoritism. Not the type of leader chevron needs at this critical point in its existence. Hard to call her a leader.
