If redirected its probably a rouge ad that takes over an entire page so a click anywhere takes you to the advertisers page - i would refresh or open a new session. Changing a browser should help.
Send a note to admins as they may be able to track down which ad is causing it and block the source
use brave browser , which stop all trackers and ads.
even it will help you watch youtube without add.
