Is there any truth to HCL giving bonuses to rebadgers they want to retain? If they did, those who did not get the bonus are getting cut?

30K or so here as well and to be clear these are in addition to the retention bonuses already paid for year one.
Yep $35k here
Which employees were those? Surely none responsible for ECS and all of Claims being down for hours earlier this week.
Yes they did give bonuses to crucial employees to the success of the State Farm account.
I hope in the future we leave a service economy and into a manufacturing economy. It will get rid of drama queens.
If it is true…..isn’t that just sound business practice?
@whocares- you obviously don’t care so why are you on this website?
@3bxr......Right? A car salesman I know received a smaller bonus this year than last year. Some of the cars he sold were probably insured by State Farm. State Farm must be the cause of all problems in his life, then.
@2uxu....Not news. Everybody understands this. Normal, well adjusted people accept it for what it is, earn a living, and make a life. Some of you, however.......
While we're asking does anyone know if anyone at any other companies got a bonus?
Im wondering when all the State Farm employees will finally stop drinking the corporate Kool Aid and finally realize they dont give a sh*t about their employees. Everything mgmt sells is for their benefit.....NOT YOURS!
I have only heard of a small number of retention bonuses to try to keep a few from quitting. But they aren't much for retention bonuses. Then they go and hold back a weeks pay to some of the same people. Very sc-mmy company. SF isn't much better.
If a post starts with "I heard" or "Any truth to the rumor"----just move on.
fake news
Sounds logical
