It would be logical to expect that someone should give these guys a certain amount of time. If they don’t deliver good results, then it's time to bring in a new team with fresh ideas and strategies.

Very simple solution. Throw away all the Indian senior management structure from the root (yes from the root, as it has got rotten and ki-ling f5). Also remove all the Indian managers under those corrupted management. Nothing F5 will loose. Most of them are useless, knows the nothing about technology and software development. They only cultivated a culture of corruption and grouping.
One more no package for them, no compensation as looted enough.
You apparently missed the earnings call. Stock also at all-time high. Leadership is not in danger.
Chance? Zero. Put your money on gold from lead before that happens.
Here are delivered results, look for F5: https://www.newsweek.com/rankings/worlds-most-trustworthy-companies-2024/software-telecommunications
Sometimes headless chickens are better than thick headed chickens ( I mean thick headed leaders ).
When everyone is programmed to go around bodily raising the bar how long until nobody can go over it but everyone quietly limbos under it instead?
There is leadership at F5? Who? When? Where?
This would be a logical move. They call engineers “resources” while most of the “leadership” is just “overhead”.
