Sorry you don't receive any shield awards, your peers must also think you su-k. I've nominated many of my peers and fellow workers with shield awards and honestly, whenever I received one,it gave me some warm fuzzies.
Oh well, keep dreaming. Most posting here will never be happy. How sad.

I want to vomit when they say thank you for all you do all the time. So phony.
Pretty much what the a-s lickers are pitching to everyone they look down on. Add in a few ‘ you are valued’ or ‘ look at our numbers’ and ‘we are in a great position’ - it’s just laughable at how everyone at the top is tone death.
Layoff not announced to the remaining emps , you just find out one day they are gone, making those few work two weeks ( when they have been with this company for years) , and the fake a-s calls they make us join to hear them try and spread happiness makes me want to vomit!
You need to add “I appreciate you!” in your emails and TEAMS messages. Or go on the Timmy Welsh route and get people talk about your red shoes. Perhaps nominate attractive, yet mediocre, employees for Shield 🛡️ awards?
