Seems like all McKinsey does these days is advise companies to do massive layoffs. Companies follow thier advice and the business takes a dive. Either all of the talented employees leave, or get laid off. I've witnessed this going on for 2 decades now. I'm amazed that McKinsey is still trusted.
How do you think they got to their position. You don’t make it up the ladder by ethics. You oil the McKinsey wheel and the let you drive for a bit.
mckinsey consultants- not to sound too conspiratorial. they were the ones who recommended massive rifs. how our tp[[ leadership have ties with them and for them to suggest such a thing is unethical
Got that right! Why care when you know she and her sidekicks are sinking the ship! One would think somebody at UH has promised her a big payout if she manages to drive EH into the ground.
