Department Surveys

Me and others in my department got a email to take a survey for our department specifically. The survey says it is not anonymous like the TTUS. Did any other departments receive this too?

Anyone who takes the TTUS survey and gives their manager or department bad reviews will end up feeling the pain. Managers blame their employees even if they can’t pinpoint who said it, they punish everyone with more meetings, show and tell, free pizza, team building.

If it was the, “improve communication” survey I think it was sent to the whole department and it clearly stated your name would be on it. I imagine the participation will be zero or sent in by a few butt kissers or new people that don’t know any better. Since senior leadership reads this site more than those of us worried about being laid off I will help you! Stop lying and stop claiming to have open and honest communication. No one believes anything you say anymore.

Did they claim that TTUS survey is anonymous... Or confidential? If they claimed it is anonymous they are lying.
It wouldn't be first lie. mgmt advise us that they can't tell who has taken ttus survey yet one of perf goals I have is 100% TTUS Survey participation...they wouldnot put it as goal if they did not have way of measuring it...this is in operations by the way. Par for course

I got one from my division it got deleted as soon as I saw it. This place doesn’t treat people like adults and thinks they need to babysit everyone with their constant micromanaging. Not taking these pointless surveys when nothing changes anyways and they just repeat the same talking points every quarter.

Seems rather tone deaf to ask for our feedback the week after laying off a large chunk of our colleagues. USB staying true their ways.
