In this economy and hard times in our society, it just chaps my a-s to be made to feel so disposable and worthless after all the hard work I’ve put into this company over my 9 years here. The things I’ve witnessed, experienced, tolerated, it’s unbelievable. To know on the daily that the ones running the show could care less about us or the members. The fakest ceo I’ve ever witnessed, always saying how much the members are the focus and on and on. Fact is Gail has padded her pocketbook when she sold her shares of stock, eliminating dedicated talented employees for the purpose os shaving off the cost of what it is to have quality people. It’s unspeakable. Gail talks like a robot reading a cue card mumbling with no emotion invested in a word she says. The questions are fake, answers fake, agenda fake, ceo fake. I am sick of feeling like the morale of those of us left means nothing to anyone. My direct manager she’s amazing. But highly stressed all the time now, overloaded with doing the work of other teams moved under her after RIFs started. She used to be happy, bouncy and bubbly. Now she sounds so sad in meetings and even her emails have suffering tone about them. I don’t know it’s just unfortunate that a company that could have really HELPED people, is being flushed down the toilet and it doesn’t appear anyone even cares. Realistically it’s too late now for anyone to save it or us, not that they would give a rip. It definitely doesn’t feel good being constantly made to feel like garbage and be expected to keep up the fascade to the members. Gail holding tight her classy on keeping the sh---y management and employees. Seems they RIF the good ones. The sh---y ones? Still there being coddled and protected by Hail and her posse. Greedy Gail. I hope she sleeps like a baby at night knowing she’s mu---red the morale and ability for so many people to provide for their families and before the holidays no less. From what I’ve gathered from Gail is she’s sleeping REALLLLLLLY WELLLLLLL” knowing she not only made many millions a few weeks ago (fishy as fu-k the timing of THAT… can someone say “ investigation”!!!!) but to her it’s worth saving a few dollars, letting the quality of work plummet, cripple families and devastation of insurmountable degrees, she don’t give a RIF!!!! (Pun intended)

Exactly how it makes you feel especially after years of hardwork and dedication. I understand why the new generations dont show any loyalty to these companies because they could care less about you. It blows my mind how comfortable these managers and directors have gotten RIFING good employees. I couldn't sleep well knowing I was ruining someone's livelihood and ability to provide for their family but I guess they don't care as long as it's not them. Even if they don't have the power to stop it they could at least speak up against it which I have never heard any do.
gail's was an automatic sell...a pre-scheduled transaction.

Tbh, I don't think what Gail did was illegal. I think it was a planned sell because her 7 years are up. For Gail to have sold with knowledge, that means she'd have had knowledge. Do you actually think a single report, dashboard or initiative update that woman has seen in 7 years weren't edited and polished to appear like the greenest apple god ever made? Do you really think anyone would have said the truth? SLT are not paid to be truthful which means the underlings aren't either. Everyone is compensated for all the things they aren't directly saying to keep the facade going. The people on the ground know the truth, that's why they stopped asking us.
