Training used to be commonplace. Now it is Youtube university, everyone for themselves.

It’s a great comment can be a greater mgmt practice if invested

Would be amazing if it was part of the leadership culture to develop and train

Instead its is sacrificed at the alter of leaderships cuts on budgets

Training is the R&D of people

Invest in your future with the actions of today…reap the rewards when people know how to excell

Buy the experts and all you do is overpay for someone who is the keeper of wisdom, incapable of sharing

One layoff (VSP, ERP, ISP) will cause 4 new hires. When discuss my ERP with my manager in September, he said "we will hire 4 people".

All these layoffs may just be "making news and show to the media" for the Q3 earnings. Intel will start to hire more people. Cost reduction is just fake.
