Intel used to train employees used to do a great job of it. What day are we out of the degreed contract?
One layoff (VSP, ERP, ISP) will cause 4 new hires. When discuss my ERP with my manager in September, he said "we will hire 4 people".
All these layoffs may just be "making news and show to the media" for the Q3 earnings. Intel will start to hire more people. Cost reduction is just fake.
Definitely some weird comments coming out of left field on this forum... Indicative of Intel employees!?!
Employee training has nothing to do with the fall of Intel, but quote broh
That's why we have DEI training.
