I got notice today. No performance issues. Told positions that existed yesterday don’t exist today.

Same here- LVN In CA-- was notified in October that my last day is 2/14/25- replacing LVN with RN

Sc--w Centene!!! I’m glad I was laid off April 2023.
My position was at no risk of being replaced by AI. My field is one of the few where AI can’t replace humans. They created two new positions to take over for my one position. They didn’t want me there.
Centene wasn’t honest about certain practices they were doing to get and keep contracts. I spoke out and after speaking out, that legal protection only lasts for so long.
Keep in mind that Centene is implementing AI all over the place. If you're in a role that can be automated - you'll be laid off. It's not just Centene - it's all companies. They are streamlining and working towards efficiencies all over the place. I know this sounds like jargon, but it's finally come to light. AI is working hard and learning more and more every day.
I know the DXE world and left a while back. The speak a really big game of "we want to produce what the users and our customers want", but the Product Org is so messed up that they literally put road blocks into everything. They have no idea what they are doing. You can show them a video of someone speaking and complaining (a real customer) and they'll said: "...that's not what the business wants." So..they will be their own demise.

@rpv+1vaOk3yl BTS is Business Technology Solutions it's IT under Brian LeClaire in Corporate and DXE is Digital Experience in corporate the people who design all the websites and apps and such.
@ kvj+1vaOk3yl Yes. That’s the date I was given. Some were given a date in February and others a week before or after me. HR is saying we’re no longer qualified for the position that we’ve worked for years.

What does BTS org, DXE side stand for? I have not heard those abbreviations before.
