You only get quarterly bonuses if you’re an hourly associate. AIP is for salaried employees.

Does anyone know what percentage may the AIP be for this year? Also do we not get quarterly bonuses?

It will be a nice surprise if we do given the money that the company has lost this year due to bad planning. Do I think we should? YES

A number of years ago, the AIP su-ked for two years. This was after the Anthem/WellPoint merger/acquisition (as to how that worked is for another thread).

One of those two the CFO, who came from WellPoint and made the national news due to the number of girlfriends, "forgot" to set money aside to pay AIP.

The other year that su-ked, did not su-ked near as bad but way off from years prior.

I have also heard rumors from trustworthy sources that the AIP payout in 2025 is going to be low. Not to mention the 2% merit

I’ve got a number of colleagues that are nearing retirement and planning to leave right after the AIP is paid out. I thinking ELV would figure out a way to claw it back in cases like that. They’re good at bait and switch, or just switch. Either way, a load of talent, planning to head for the door.

How much worse could it be than 2%? Nothing I suppose. It’s funny how they can tout their newly renovated offices and all the money they have spent but give us less than a living wage increase.

Had a meeting this week with the director. He was setting the precedence, it seems, that AIP could be bad.

For the company to say that they can't give good AIP because the stock is down then they should have given out extra AIP all these years when stock was increasing. Opinion, they did, it just didn't trickle down. The $ don't trickle down but the sh-t sure as sh-t does.

I wasn’t talking about the stock market. I’m talking about all the RIF’s

Of course we will. If our AIP was tied solely to the performance of the stock, we would have been getting huge bonuses for the past few years but the target has been pretty flat.
