No AIP next year

I heard from a reliable source that there will be no AIP next year. This also impacts anyone let go in the 4th quarter. Has anyone else heard the same update?

They just informed us that the AIP will be less because the company did not perform as well this year. They are completely mismanaged and could care less about the employees that actually work with the members. They only care about paying themselves at the top.

Quick suggestion if i may. Perhaps leaders get no bonuses, then they can have a mass exodus, then we can do less with more because all the barriers to running a functional organization will be gone.

It’s on the payroll calendar , so at least at one time there was/is a plan to payout.
Now how much will be given?? Probably not much as we appear to be losing money hand over fist. As we move in to new markets with the Medicaid redetermination (ACA). I guarantee we will lose more , as after 10+ years , Csuite still can’t figure out how much money they need to account for in claims ..as evidenced by our latest 3rd qtr…. Oooops. I made a mistake and underestimated the claims,,,. How is that even possible? i could have told you the first 18 months in a new market of this demographic is catastrophically expensive, having been in on it from ground level years ago.

Gail and the grifter, insider trading leadership team got us into this mess and should feel it most. You know that won’t happen. They will cut everyone else’s bonuses to make sure they get paid.

If QIP was paid out, there will likely be an AIP payout as well, though it may not be substantial. I believe it will still pay out to some extent.

It might be another happy meal year where it’s $200 dollars. That happened about 17 years ago

One would think if they took the AIP away, there would be mass exodus of associates. That's probably the main benefit that does keep people here.

Of course, knowing the way upper management is acting, this is probably exactly what they want. If more people voluntarily leave, it's less they have to pay out in severance.

This is not a rumor. Hold on to your wallets...

I heard rumor but nothing real. Maybe it is just carelon. And it was just "bonuses", not AIP or QIP specifically.

What about QIP’s?

I would be shocked if there is no AIP. I could see it paying out at 75%, but I do not believe they would simply not issue AIP
