Shield platform is a textbook example of how poor leadership and unqualified teams can derail enterprise innovation. Despite massive investments, it has failed to deliver value, yet development continues without clear justification. The truth: We can deliver to production even without Shield. It’s time to reflect, why sustain something that holds us back?
TOS management is void of leadership and packed with brown nosed yes men and women. None of them could cut it as developers but became self anointed experts once given an office. You could get rid of all these goofs and lose absolutely nothing.
Please stop building platforms now because it requires true talent and experience.
