Does anyone know what the ranking levels are for this company when it comes to annual performance reviews for employees?

For my group it’s Strong, On-Track and Below Expectations.
Not sure if it’s different in other groups at the Bank but I agree that they don’t rank you on your actual performance here.
Substitute Telugu with any ethnic language and the point made by @sdx+1vYPMWr5 still holds good.
How does Telugu apply to teams where the manager does not speak Telugu and the direct reports do not speak Telugu? I do not know what Telugu is and have never heard of it.
If you speak Telugu then you will be ranked high else they will give lowest possible rank and try to drive you out of Chase.
Appraisal are rigged and your rank is already decided based not based on performance but based on your language.
