So, I’m to believe purchasing and deploying 18a related products from Intel may have the stability/predictability of a live demo?

Power-on = at least a year out from product release. Aka don't be surprised if PTL gets misses 2025 target.
Intel management has very low standards. That is why Intel can not compete.
Being able to boot 8 pcs of silicon are not a robust measure of program health.
