- I think nobody (including leaders) are ready for candid feedback, that needs to change. 2. We have a culture on paper (the CVX Way) and we have our real culture which is where the majority of leaders don't exhibit it and are generally rewarded for it because they get results and are perceived as "tough or mean". We all have to be more real and not sugarcoat things, not expect consensus but clear direction (whatever happened to the decision making imperative?) 3. We keep on chasing or following our competition when we need to chase a strategy to beat them.

Maybe will change PM categories from A&I, BR, GC, DL to Crush Competition, Profit Over People, Offshoring Enabler, and Minimum Functional Morale.
MW removed the Human portion from our slogan a long time ago. The only culture now is do more with less and bite on this leather strap as we make more cuts all in name of making the investors happy.
