Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Is AIP still happening at 100%? Given all the layoffs, doesn’t seem like Avaya can afford it

✓ Promise of AIP

✓ Reality of AIP
(And always good to laugh at the fake hair extension self absorbed "digital creators")

Yes. Canned before the payout 80%. If you're still swimming at payout time 100%

That was angry. Hope you feel better. The point was that this question was asked, answered and put in writing. That’s all. That doesn’t make me any of the things you said. It just makes me literate.

To the person talking about unfounded rumours. I'm guessing all the layoffs, just before Christmas, are all made up. Don't be a di-khead, go back to kissing a-s.

It’s in da’ bank!
Of course there won’t be any salary treatments. There hasn’t been for years. So they kinda’ needed to dangle a carrot of AIP.

It paid 100%. Why start another unfounded rumor? It was in the all hands slides.

Part of the package for the November 2024 RIF was 80% of AIP.
So for the few still employed I would expect its still happening , though i would not be shocked if its closer to 80% than 100%
