Folks working in Refineries whats your thoughts on 1 M barrel 1 refinery theme .. seems like Cut most of jobs except Operations and Maintenance. Rest all shared across Refineries ?

There's a union contract negotiation in 2026. That should keep the staffing reasonable in the California refineries, at least. If nothing else, they'll want engineers to scab against striking operators.
Folks, read the writing on the wall. More centralization of roles versus duplicating admin roles across each facility. Won't impact O&M as you can't really centralize those unless you have multiple facilities in the vicinity which we don't
Well I think meaning of post is around what leadership has been saying think of 5 Refineries as one.. potentially many functions will report outside refinery to Central role and will be shared for certain.
Can you elaborate by that. I work in a refinery ery but idk what you mean
