Leadership gave up on Avaya. It’s funny that both them and some of us still pretend that’s not the case.

No future, confirmed. Avya is dying.
Huge layffs are part of preparations to be sold, with much lower headcounts. That is ceo's task.

The saddest part is all the people that were convinced to work very hard, and for long hours in hopes to save this company that they loved, and that ALL of leadership at every level helped to perpetuate this fantasy. If not flat out preach it themselves.
