I received 3.5% increase last year and 2.5% is due in January , I had the ba--s to leave DXC and still check this site as I still know people in the US that work for DXC. Grow a set of ball's and leave already, you all been bi--hing for 4,5,8 some 10 years but you stay so it must not be that bad.

Happy Christmas , su-kers

Insulting 2.5% raise as of 12/1. Most of it goes to pay next year's health insurance increases.

no one in the US except executive Management got a 25% pay increase. Who the heck are you trying to fool. I think you meant a 2.5% increase but if you couldn’t even figure out the difference between 2.5 and 25% then you belong at the company.

Yep. 1%. Looking to jump elsewhere after the 401k match hits my account. I'll give 2 weeks notice...plus an additional 48 minutes (1%).

Nada, zip, nothing, zero is what I, and I suspect the vast majority of USA based employees got. The C-Suite continues to be tone deaf.

DXC motto is no raise yesterday, no raise today and no raise tomorrow.

If you are working at DXC and want a raise, DXC answer is to leave and get that raise elsewhere. Good luck to you.
