Thread regarding CDW layoffs

I MADE IT OUT!

I made it out with a much better paying job and OMG it’s so refreshing working for someone who truly values their employees!

I now have a team that doesn’t make you feel d-mb or talk about you behind your back for asking questions. It’s not a constant cycle of people trying to tattle on one another to each of their managers.

I can breathe again. My panic attacks have stopped and I can sleep at night again.

I truly thought CDW was going to be a lifelong career for me. It ended up being the biggest waste of time in my career.

The best part? This job found me :) I’m happy again!

Wishing everyone success in their future endeavors. If you end up being in a leadership role or a high performer, be the change you wanted to see at CDW. Act with integrity and treat everyone with respect regardless of gender, race, viewpoints, etc.

Success is meaningless if you’re not using it to benefit others. It’s unfortunate we experienced a workplace culture where this needs to be said since it’s common sense but is what it is.

Same! Left in October and couldn’t be happier. Better pay and a company that doesn’t employ id--ts (35k base attracts such).

My small business east sales team was a mess. ABSOLUTELY NO LEADERSHIP or management accountability. Shady tenured reps that hoard accounts and steal reassigns. Making much better money at a real company now!

No job should give you panic attacks.

Recently landed elsewhere as well and couldn’t be happier. Unless you’re really loving your role at CDW I’d recommend looking elsewhere before they give you no choice. Better money and environments out there.
