I don’t get the beef here. If you don’t like it then leave! Simple as that. No one has you bound by the chains. Also, it is a VERY tough market out there and VERY difficult to get another job so easily, especially at a senior level. Just saying. Thanks.

no, I’m not an overpaid fat cat. I’m a realist. I worked for CSC/DXC for 14 years and got 2 merit pay increases, stayed because I like the people I worked with. I enjoyed the software and hardware I managed. Felt like I was needed for my managers and my colleagues
But it came a point where enough was enough with not getting pay increases when executive management kept getting giant bonuses and giant giant pain increases so what I did was I man up and found a new employer
I’ve got three merit increases in the first three years on my new job and I’m already scheduled for a 2.5% increase in January.
grow a set of ba--s already and change jobs. You’re not gonna get what you want DXC and if you don’t know that by now, you belong there.

Don't think there is a middle ground, OP? Constructive feedback or engaging in a discussion with people holding these beliefs are off limits to you?
I prefer to whinge and remind both DXC and it's customers that modern slavery is outlawed. (Can bet that the author is an overpaid fat cat)
@uny+1vWB5XT1 do people not understand sarcasm? it's no wonder you aren't getting pay rises.
I don't think you guys get it - staff at DXC care. So they try and change things by exposing the problem. The management don't seem to care so the staff feel hard done by. Sure we could take our talents elsewhere and see if it's any better. The people who do that don't care if DXC succeeds or goes bust as it's no longer any of their concern. So not sure why they are still looking to see what DXC is doing other than the hope it does go pop just like they predicted before they walked out.
If you don't like it leave!
Also there are no jobs anywhere else.
